Carolyn Quinn has over 30 years’ experience in the child, family and community services field in varied roles including delivering consultancy services to government and NGO agencies. She has special skills and experience in prevention and early intervention services to support families, child protection and family violence and disability issues. This has included supporting large and small organisations in developing relevant and practical evaluation systems, conducting research, program evaluation, organisational development and review, strategic planning, leadership development and training on a range of topics.
