Terms & Conditions for Online Registration

1. Registrations

I. Registrations MUST be made online at www.leadpda.org.au. Go to the Register online button. However, if you are unable to register online please phone LEAD on (02) 9620 6172.

II. All registrations are required 2 weeks prior to an event to secure your place. Registrations received within two (2) weeks of the Event date will be accepted at LEAD’s discretion dependent upon availability.

III. You will receive an automatic confirmation email upon registering.

IV. If the event is full you will receive an email placing you on a waiting list.

V. The registered participant is liable to meet all registration costs/fees. It is your responsibility to ensure your organisation/school process all payments.

VI. A maximum of four (4) workers/teachers per organisation/school will be accepted for each event. Other workers/teachers will be wait listed.

2. Payments

I. Online: at registration through PayPal. After registration is completed: by direct debit, by posting a money order or cheque OR by credit card by calling LEAD on (02) 9620 6172.

II. Your registration confirmation email is a tax invoice and can be used to submit to your finance department.

III. All direct debit payments must be accompanied by your name and the event code. Payments which are mailed must include a copy of the registration email. Unidentified payments cannot be correctly allocated. Please direct payments to the following bank account:

IV. If payment is not received 7 days prior to the workshop we will issue you an invoice and this invoice will incur a $11 administration fee.

V. NO payments will be accepted at Events.

VI. Failure to pay registration fees may affect your ability to attend future LEAD PDA Events.

3. Cancellation of attending an Event

I. All cancellations of attendance to events MUST be received in writing two (2) weeks prior to the event.

II. Cancellations that occurs two (2) weeks prior to an Event will not be liable for the registration fee.

III. Cancellation that occurs within two (2) weeks prior to an Event will not be liable for the registration fee. Short notice or special circumstances may be considered at LEAD’s discretion.

IV. If an Event is cancelled by LEAD you will be offered a credit note or refunded the registration fee.

4. Photography and video recording may occur at some LEAD training/professional development events. If you do NOT want to be photographed/filmed, please tell the organiser on the day.

5. Agreement to these Terms & Conditions is deemed as acceptance upon registration for an Event.
