This introductory workshop explores what it means for Case Management practices for staff who work directly with traumatised children, young people or clients who have a childhood trauma history.

Outcomes:

  • Increased knowledge of complex trauma and how to identify it in practice;
  • Increased understanding of the development of trauma symptoms, and
  • Increased ability to develop appropriate interpersonal and case management strategies to address the needs of traumatised people.

This specially priced event is part of LEAD’s “Essential” series; a range of sector development workshops that build capacity and capability for workers supporting children and families to achieve their outcomes.
