This workshop will provide you with an overview of the learning tools and strategies for responding to situations when you need to have those challenging conversations. The workshop will introduce;
- Increased understanding of patterns that contribute to hard conversations;
- Increased knowledge of components of effective conversations;
- Increased knowledge of strategies for promoting parent’s readiness to hear difficult information, and
- Increased confidence in addressing difficult topics with parents.

Anne is an engaging trainer who draws on over 20 years experience as a Counsellor, Clinical Supervisor, Service Manager and Child & Family Services Development Officer.
She developed the ‘Walk With’ and ‘Step by Step 4 Quadrant Model’ programs for disaster recovery which are being taken up by a wide range of organisations throughout NSW.
