LEAD Professional Development Association Incorporated is governed by our Board of Directors. Our Directors are financial members of LEAD and are nominated and elected into their positions at each Annual General Meeting.
The Board of Directors is made up of a President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary and two general positions. The LEAD Board meets six times a year and at times between Board Meetings when considered necessary. We are fortunate to have a proactive Board of Directors who are focused, supportive and generous with their skills, knowledge and expertise that they bring to each meeting.
